Summary: Great location on the river. Everyone enjoyed that including the dogs! Home is very nice and sets up well for adults and kids. The only thing that we had any issue with was the garbage can outside was full and there was not much room for us to empty the trash from the house.

Summary: The house was awesome! There are so many different areas inside and outside to hang out. We loved how the lower level has the overhead door that opens up to the big backyard. The house has upstairs and downstairs porches with great views all around with lots of privacy and seating. There are nice overhangs that allowed us to get out of the rain and still enjoy watching a storm roll through. The hot tub is perfectly placed in the middle of beautiful landscaping and a view of the river. Down by the river is a nice clearing with a rock boarder which allows for hanging out in the river without fighting the flow. We anchored our SUP to hang on and went fly fishing right in the backyard. River runners was across the street where we rafted down browns canyon. It’s truly an amazing setup and convenient. The sunset was right there!!The gas fire pit area was a delightful surprise. It was so easy to use and gave off more light and heat than any other gas fire pit Iv ever seen. We enjoyed the backyard to its fullest. Star gazing for hours with the sound of the river.The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen has an open concept with lots of countertop space. The kitchen was fully stocked and labeled. Our only regret was we should have stayed a few more days. Kristan did an amazing job accommodating our group and was attentive to all of our needs. She was timely with communication and responsive to my questions. We had a blast!

Summary: Amazing home on the Arkansas river. Huge patio/porches, playground with sand for kids, fire pit, movie theatre, kids play room, etc. Had everything that our families wanted, so we cancelled our plans for the weekend and stayed on the property the entire time. Would recommend to anyone and especially if you have kids.

Summary: We LOVED being right on the Arkansas River. The deck was fantastic and everyone enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. The house was wonderful, lots of space and the theater room was enjoyed by some. Very clean. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a friend reunion for the weekend and can’t say enough great things about this property! Great location right on the river! Beautiful home with lovely bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen that’s fully loaded with tons of cooking equipment. 10/10 would recommend this property!

Summary: The photos don't do this amazing house justice! We were extremely satisfied with our stay! Kristen left our Mom who turned 98 Happy Birthday Flowers and more....the kids enjoyed their own room downstairs and we all enjoyed the river and the firepit on the river. Plenty of room to get around and cook together in the kitchen. Watched Sunday football in the movie room! Can't wait to go back in the summer! Great views with no one behind you! Great trails to run our dog - a Must Stay VRBO!

Summary: There is no better place to stay in the Buena Vista area! The online listing doesn’t do the home justice. From the great views to the awesome floor plan, we were blown away from the moment we walked inside. The host was very helpful and the check in process couldn’t have been simpler.
